They were committed till the end of the year what did you expect them to do. I applaud them for not slacking off like most people would have done and continued to do their job.
I bet you would go to a place where a person had a gun all by yourself. State police needed help and they helped, big deal. It's people like you who make stupid comments that are clueless about how certain jobs function but you're the first to run your yip just to hear yourself talk. Maybe they'll only send one guy if someone comes to your house and starts firing bullets at your house. Bet your opinion would change if that happened, wouldn't it.
And what does all this running off your doing have to do with Media Reporting? Clueless

Since Lewistown Borough pulled out of MCRPD, Regional must be attempting to make up for that million dollars of lost revenue by stopping speeders on the Lewistown By-Pass. They are spending hours at a time stopping drivers almost every day. Soon they will be deserving the reputation as Dauphin and Beaver Springs where a small piece of highway provided most of the revenue for the whole police force.

Slow down and you won't get arrested. Pretty simple actually DS. And how are we sure you're not getting a hand out Math. You certainly act like you do.

You're missing the point, they are not interested in the safety aspect of it, only the revenue. If you checked, you will find out most of the stops are out of town people traveling through where they will not get much attention from the public about this tactic.
That highway was suppose to go to 65mph anyway after the 22 by-pass was completed.

The state does grants to provide safety for those troubled roads. 322 is one of them. Your voice may be different had you lost a close family member to a senseless speeding death. Pretty simple actually just obey the limit and being 65 mph has no relevance since most are speeding way over that from what I hear. Talk to cops who do it and hear some of the speeds they are getting out there.

Looks like MCRPD is taking advantage of the 322 football traffic today to pay for their budget.

Gotta love it when people blast the police. A job they could never do or they'd be doing it better!!!!

I wonder what ever happened to all the internet lawyers (so they thought) that said Lewistown was going to pay all this money for pulling out of MCRPD, never happened, did it? I see where the government shutdown is going to slow down the grant money to Lewistown Police.
