No, you went in the direction of Lakes when you connected a police car with some miles on it to tasers, no connection.

What about a partrol car that isn't at the end of its usable life? I'm guessing more than one of them would be useful.

He's an ignorant a-hole and a medicaid reliefer to boot. He's a raging paranoic. He is a dropout without a GED.

If a person is combative and is unwilling to comply with the offier's orders, they get tasered. Back in the day it was a night stick or a fist. All officers are trained to properly operate a taser and must be tasered before being allowed to carry one, and all departments have policies on when it is appropriate to use their tasers. Maybe criminals would prefer the taser be replaced with a .45 auto?
Definitely outlaw tasers. This would make the officer think before he just demands submission with a taser. It would hold him accountable for his actions. Right now peace officers are not very peaceful or intelligent. I would prefer he think about when he pulls his glock the consequences that he is about to act on.

Yep outlaw them and go back to their guns and get rid of the criminals instead if giving them a second chance. Works for me.
