Who are the idiots running governing Cobblestone

I live in the gated neighborhood of Cobblestone in Belleview and after 3 years here I am tired of the HOA. They worry about everyone else in the neighborhood following the deed restrictions however they can not even get their lawn care company to maintain the common grounds. These people have taken a perfectly good neighbor and run it into the ground. There are 20 homes for sale and I have personally spoke with 8 of the homeowners and they all refer to the HOA as the reason for selling.

i dont know what to tell you. thats why i dont live in a gated place. i cant stand paying the fees to have someone tell me what color my house can be ect. to much stress. i wont to live in my home and enjoy it. i dont want to stress out about my grass being an inch longer then "code". i would be really frustated if i were you,because here you are paying for a nice place,and paying to not have slobs next door you and the hoa cant even maintain the neighborhood. sorry your dealing with this. i have no advice but symathize with you.

i have lived in C'stone for 3 years and have not witnessed any problems with HOA. if anything the existing board has served the neighborhood well. the common grounds are in good shape. the statement about worrying that you would receive a letter if your grass is an inch to long is rediculous. if you are not satisfied with the HOA's ability to manage and serve, than you should do one of two things, step up and volunteer your services to the HOA or move out. it is so typical for one to complain and yet do nothing but complain.

I am lost? i said i could understand what the person was talking about. why did you quote me? i did state in my post that I DONT live in a gated place. the whole grass to long comment was not serious. i know i am not going to get a letter for something like that IF i lived in a gated place. I am simply saying i am not a fan of deed restrictions. To each their own. If that is your thing then good for you.
