he is a perv for sure.

basically a slap on the wrist for this guy that solicited two young girls to try to "touch" them and to have relations with them for money. I can't believe he is still in business and the town hasn't run him off.... unbelieveable!!! probation and $1000 fine...

I with the national news would pick this story up and "expose" this man for what he is.
