Avoid Hewlett Medical Office PC. The back office is a mess and billing mistakes are their trade specialty.

I agree, I am a patient there and currently looking for a new practitioner because of the office staff. They are rude and quite frankly, inept.

I totally disagree!!!!!! Dr. serette is a great doctor... kind , caring and so compassionate... calls u at home to make sure you are ok!!! sees u in the hospital twice a day... holds your hand and spends time (as much as u need ) with family members as well. office staff is fine!! c'mon we're not on an outting ... we're at the doctors office!!.....I would highly recommend him and his staff to my friends AND I DO!! and i should know.. have been a nurse for 35 years!!! one billibg mistake shouldnt make for a bad rap for a great doctor... as far as the office staff , try to maybe be kind to them ... a little kindness goes a long way. they are people not machines....

If that's the case why is always a pack full of patients at the waiting room. Did it makes sense? To those complainers who is never satisfied.
Billings, are only a problem to those patients who refused to pay their copay & deductible.
when the Doctors service has been rendered.
Patients are treated the way they treat the staff.
The staff members are Warm & Friendly.

Dr Serette is kind and seems caring but he and his office staff is extremly unorganized
Dr Serette seems kind and caring but he and his office staff are “extremely” unorganized. When you call to ask a question be prepared to leave your number and not get a return call or have to call many, many times to get the answer/s that you need. I have been nice and kind to all the staff members on “several” visits and they don’t seem to care about being friendly and nice to the patient or the patients family. On the last visit which I took my mom, I walked away thinking, damn do they really like their job? and why are they in health care industry?. I have worked many years with doctor’s and know what “good” patient care is from doctors and staff members. We currently are looking for another doctor…. I do not recommended this office.

Office is always packed because there are other doctors in that office. Also only one office staff member seems like (He) knows what he's doing and the funny thing is he is new.

Dr Serette is kind and seems caring but he and his office staff is extremely overworked. Dr Serrette has called me to check on conditions I've had. I've spotted him at his office at 5 AM to clear all the crap insurance companies request via their automated computer systems. As primary care practices go these days and the reimbursements they get, it's impossible for doctors to keep up.
If you find a primary care office that treats you like you're their only patient , then think about why you are their only patient

The doctor I had previously used at the Hewlett Medical Office had left, and the receptionist recommended that I try Dr. Serrette. I was pleasantly surprised and found Dr. Serrette to be kind and compassionate. I did not feel hurried. He explained everything that he was doing every step of the way. I had no problem with the office receptionist.

I have been a long time patient of one of the doctors in this practice. The only reason I continued to use this practice was because of my doctor who is very caring, understanding and professional. Sadly, dealing with any of the office people has always been a major disaster which I put up with because of my doctor. The front desk people are rude, abrupt, do not give messages and are extremely unprofessional but again, because of my doctor, I put up with this nonsense.
Today, I was completely shocked when I called to schedule an appointment with my doctor, told she was no longer with the practice and "would I like to see one of the other doctors". I told the receptionist that I wanted to see my doctor and was told they had no information on where she had gone. I asked to speak with my doctor's now former assistant and was put through to a voice mail knowing I would not get a return call. I called back, asked to speak to the office manager, name possibly Semina Khan and she was not in yet but would call me back. Knowing the history of this office,I knew I was not getting a return phone call. I explained to the receptionist that I had a long standing relationship with my doctor and did not want to start over and I wanted to know where she went and they refused to tell me as if they OWNED me as a patient, not that I was my doctor's patient.
Needless to say, I have received no return telephone calls from Hewlett Medical as they are totally incompetent and always have been. Thankfully, my issues have never been life threatening as I have had calls go un-returned for weeks at a time from them!
Through a little "detective" work, I did find my doctor and will continue seeing her at the practice she is now with.
Hewlett Medical's uncaring, disgraceful treatment of a patient is beyond belief. The people who answer the phones there are clueless and have no idea how hearing "your doctor is no longer with us" might impact a person! I was beyond stressed learning this information and thankfully will never have to set foot in this horrifically run office again.

Was a patient there, thankfully my doctor left. Nightmare staff, rude, uncaring and the only reason I stayed was because of my doctor.
When I called to schedule an appointment with my doctor, was told she left. They would not tell me where she went or give me any information --- just pushed one of there other doctors on me as if there was no relationship with my doctor, that someone else could just take over years of seeing the same person! How dare they think that that is the right thing to do?
I left messages for my doctor's former assistant as well as the "office manager" and needless to say, as expected, did not receive a return call.
I am the practice to the office of medical misconduct. This office is a disgrace and the examining rooms are filthy. I am thrilled my doctor has left.
