St. Charles exempts cul-de-sacs from ban on street basketball

I solely got into texting to communicate with my children. Along with, "What time can you be home for dinner?", I have experienced a richer connection with them. For example, it has expedited my child's release from school when he was sick. Another time, I received an apology from a frustrated young parent for what she subjected me to when she was younger. Besides they will answer text messages even in class, when they rarely answer phone calls at any time. I curse the need for glasses to see the tiny letters, but appreciate this multipurpose link with the most important people in my life.

Here we go again. It isn't fair- unless I get to do what I want.
Guess what you cul-de-sac people. your chunk of asphalt is the same and covered by the same taxes as my chunk. If cul-de-sacers can play ball in the street, then I will have one in my front yard on my mnon-cul-de-sac.
Does St. Charles really have the money to fight hte discrimination lawsuits?
