DUI suspect loses deal

BELLEFONTE -- William A. Long Jr. showed up in Centre County Court right on time Tuesday to answer to a judge for two instances of driving drunk.
The only problem was that he was drunk, said court officials.
Long, of State College, was supposed to be sentenced to house arrest for one DUI offense and gain entry into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for the second, meaning that if he completed the program, one of the DUIs could have been erased from his criminal record. Read more

If you are not intelligent enough to stop what put you in the courtroom in the first place then you deserve to get what you get. I personally do not know anyone that would even think about walking into a courtroom intoxicated. All I can say is good luck Will!!
