Tammy Jarrell at the ramey home

Does anyone know if the rumors about Tammy Jarrell are true? I heard she was having sex with one of the kids out there at the ramey home and got caught by her husband.

more than likely yeah its true ur seems to be a pasttime out there...no joke its a horrible place.I know children who have tried to kill themselves because the conditions are so brutal

My cousin was out there for a while and said it was really bad.He was one of the boys who she had her workers beat when she was in charge of one of the houses. People like that shouldn't be allowed to work around kids!

Yes there is a lot of violence and peronal violation of the children that goes on.The foster care program is a bit different but on Ramey campus it horrible.
I know many parents that regret ever sending there kids there.Most are in States custody so the Ramey staff just thinks they can get away with anything due to the fact that no one is going to listen to troubled kids. Its a really sad story and there needs to be more advocacy for the misuse and abuse of the children and rules.

The worst part is that Tammy Jarrell is in charge of the whole place so she gets by with anything. I'll be surprised if they do anything to her for having sex with that boy. She claims to be a good Christian woman but all she is is a power hungry child molester!

WOW!!! thats crazy......i heard that she and mr. jarrell were splitting up, but i cant believe she was having sex with one of the kids. as far as that place being so bad......its not. the only bad thing about that place is the staff not wanting to mind their own business. ramey is an opportunity for young teenagers to work on their issues and come to reality with what they have done to be placed in there.....the kids are not innocent....by no means!!!!!!!

ohhh i know many children who have been at ramey but yes they did deserve to be punished for there behavior but alot of time they children just need therapy and some stablilty not the treatment that they recieve there.

me being an ex employee at ramey.....if you werent there than you dont know how the kids were treated. we did give the kids therapy and stability and as far as them being treated badly, well it seems as if youre getting your information from an angry kid that was placed there. i will definately take up for the treatment the ramey home provides.....and the only thing i can say to you is if you werent there than you dont know how the kids were treated...i still talk to most of my kids that i had there, so it must of not been so bad, huh!

I didnt say all of the staff were horrible I know children that still call back there and i am going based on parents responses

I'm sure there are good staff out there too but the bad ones like Tammy Jarrell should be locked up. She used to put my cousin in a room by himself and have other workers beat on him. They aren't out there anymore, but somehow she got promoted to be in charge of the whole place. I guess that gave her more of an opportunity to become a child molester.

Satans sister I don't know where you have been getting your information but you are tottaly wrong about Mrs.Jarrell She is a vey nice lady but can be strict at times and stands by her word. I have seen her give more oppertunities to more kids to make them better people than you will ever see or hear. Your name say it all you just want to stir up dirt for everyone else to see if they can keep this thing going on and on. And by the way what does Bob Owney have to do with this anyway. He is home and probably will be found not guilty I pray. and they will find out this man was set up from the get go.

I AM NOT WRONG ABOUT TAMMY JARRELL. You obviously only know the side of her she wants everyone to see. There is a dangerous evil person hiding behind that good Christian lady act she puts on. My source has experienced her evilness first hand. And another thing, my name on here is my little brother's nickname for me. He can be a brat sometimes. He may have been set up at the Ramey home but what he did at his house was NOT a set up he is a pedophile and sex offender. I do not know Tammy personally but thats not something to joke about and i would hope that someone would not play that kind of prank.I personally believe it and that the Ramey home is infiltrated with crooks

Just because a child has had or is having problems does not mean we should just throw them away like trash and allow such horrible stuff to happen to them. What kind of things do you think they may do after being rape, molested, or abused in any way. I think if it is true then they should give her the max punishment. She not only broke her promise to help correct troubled children but she also helped bring these children down to a new low in their lives. Whoever wrote this if you think it is ok to treat these children like this just because they are troubled kids then you are just as sick and nasty as she is. I hope if this is true that they put a stop to her abusing anymore children. Shame on you for thinking of a child as your personal sex slave.

This is Tim Jarrell, Tammy's husband. I will clarify some things for you. Tammy and I have a wonderful relationship and have for a number of years. We work at the same place, live together, and are raising two wonderful children together. "SatansSister" is probably one ticked off staff that is trying to find a way to get at Tammy for something that they did wrong and maybe lost their job. I am trying to figure out where she would find the time to mess around. Having two kids involved in school sports takes a lot of time. I have worked for Ramey-Estep for a number of years and it is a wonderful place to work. Youth come to REH with problems to work on. Some do not understand, I would encourage those of you who do not know to do some searching yourself. There have been several youth that have left being mad, kids want to be home. There are several that have cried when they graduated the program because they did not want to leave. Get the facts straight. Tammy and I are still happily married and happen to love each other very much. I would suggest "SatansSister" get some sort of life.
