I totally feel, No way you or anybody could hit someone and drive 10 blocks without knowing something was under their car.
I feel this officer involved needs to tell the real story and face up to what he really did that night.
The family and friends deserve to know. Remember they loose no matter what the out come is.
May this family be in many prayers.

that is how i feel , what i don't understand is why did he return at his apartment after striking Guy Thomas, If they found his body under the rear of the squad car at the Police Station isn't that evidence now and does not need to be tampered with??? so they had to remove Guy Thomas at the police station and send Officer Fouts back home in the same vehicle that struck Guy Thomas. Everything does not seem to add up in what the police is telling everyone. They wont show the car cam or anything , we need better justice in this town and i mean NOW!

how do u hit a guy and not know that you hit him??! I knew we lived in a messed up town, but how does stuff like this go on with our own officers.. None of these cops are right in the head around here.. hopefully now someone will see this and take care of it..

My prayers are with the family. But why would the cop "not be telling the whole story" if you were going to do something like whats being suggested why would you just not throw them in the Ohio river afterwards. Why on earth would you drag them around under the car that you are driving. If you watched the news there were no tire marks on this guy, so he wasnt ran over and the streets were covered with snow and Ironton streets are so rough any way, I can see how he would have not known that the guy was there.

I hate to say this but, Would there have been any way this man could have been down on the ground, possibly from being out in the cold too long or anything?

i think the entire law system in ironton including
the officers, attorneys, prosecutor and judges are
unfair and crooked. If you don't know the right
people, have the right name, or kiss butt in
ironton you can forget it. This town is so
corrupt anymore that it is not even a good place
to raise a child, nothing like it used to be. If
things don't change, there will be noone left to
attend these new schools. It is my opinion that
this us just another case with the law covering up
for one of there own. Of course the officer is
either guilty of vehicular manslaughter, or abuse
of a corpse. He needs the same punishment that
me or anyone else would get, not time off with
pay.
