I didn't read the entire post. Going to go outside, grab a beer and enjoy global warming while it's here. In the meantime, can you tell me if Congress approved and who ran Congress and Senate at the time?

That's what Kasich thought. Then he pissed off the cop. Then the lions and bears got loose. Then he got his hat handed to him.

Now his Secretary of State and Franklin County's GOP chair are being exposed for what they are.

Riddle me this Fred:

How does party majority in either chamber, or both chambers for that matter, negate the promotion by either party of its specific political agenda?

Notice the word Fred: "promotion". Not success of the agenda. Promotion of it.

climate change yes, caused by lots of volcano's across the globe warming the oceans.

Seems the energy industry, after spending millions to try to refute it, have recently admitted that climate change is in fact man made. This after one of the Koch Brother paid "scientists" quit because they couldn't deny that climate change was man made. Ooopsie that oil lobby dick you have been sucking on is outdated.

When Was NAFTA Started?:

NAFTA was signed by President George H.W. Bush, Mexican President Salinas, and Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney in 1992. It was ratified by the legislatures of the three countries in 1993. The U.S. House of Representatives(Democratic Majority) approved it by 234 to 200 on November 17, 1993. The U.S. Senate(Democratic Majority) approved it by 60 to 38 on November 20, three days later. It was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on December 8, 1993 and entered force January 1, 1994. Although it was signed by President Bush, it was a priority of President Clinton's, and its passage is considered one of his first successes.

Great Indy. That was one point I wanted to make. The other is that we are comparing apples to oranges. DumBama took direct aim at closing down industries and putting Americans out of work. Your link only states that the US federal government assisted (or permitted) exportation of jobs. Two different things.

When we look at the damage of DumBama, what we find are direct attacks. Attacks on the American Indians. Attacks on the tobacco industry. Attempted attacks on Gibson Guitar company and Boeing in South Carolina. Direct attacks at the industries in the Gulf region. Direct attacks on the energy suppliers. Attacks on Canadian oil.

Unlike the Nixon era, DumBama does not believe in the branches of government. He imposes dictator style laws where he believes he is a king more than President. This is why I call him a dictator.

Even if you believe what DumBama is doing is right, the way he's doing it is wrong. It's simply not American.

Not at all. We don't care about the air and water. We Republicans breathe and drink different stuff.

The fact is that most scientists get their money (income) from government grants. They do whatever they can to accommodate government wishes. Politicians likely have their money invested in such things as clean coal technology, windmill parts, battery technology for electric cars and so on.

Not everybody buys into this global warming nonsense.

Don't know the Boeing reference, you obviously don't understand how the justice department works, and Keystone is one Obama unilaterally made the call on which he had sole authority to do.

How in the world is that an abuse of power? What has he done that he did have lawful authority to do?
