This place doesn't know what the best is cause it's Hi-Point car wash. This so-called best car wash breaks antennas and causes other damage!! And guess what -the owner could care less! To me that's not good business and in my opinion the place is the worst. He needs to pack up and go back to Troy or wherever it was he came from.

I found the staff there friendly and efficient. The wash was great, I especially liked the hand drying at the end. Too bad they don't vaccum out the inside too. Do you have a removable antenna? If so why didn't you remove it.

I will not go back to the other newer one across from Liberty Bank ---beside McDonalds.....it ripped off one of my wiper blades..slung it all the way to the back and hit the rear car wash door. When I contacted the owner, he said he would replace it, to just bring him a receipt. He lived up to his promise. However, I will not take the chance again.

Antenna's not removable, besides never had that problem before. At least the other place takes care of damages. Bellefontaine's Best(JOKE) owner needs to do the same, instead he just says "read the sign, not resposible for antennas". Still wouldn't recommend it, car was still dirty, I saw their towels. At Hi-Point wash there's no dirt left!!

Did you read the sign?
What did it say?

I myself dont like the automated car washes,so that is why I dont go to them. The good ole DIY works best because you know what kind of service you are getting.Plus you can see how well you are cleaning your car.

Sons

They are the best thing God ever created for washing the car and truck. Tell them when you want it done, buy them ice cream and it is done - inside and outside.

Don't like the job they did, tell them to do it over again and eat the ice cream right there in front of them. After a few "nogo's" they learn real quick that dad loves eating their ice cream in front of them. That reminds me, the truck is looking a bit salty this afternoon ....

Car wash, are you serious boys? Simple-It is your garden hose, a rag, and a little elbow grease in your driveway. Just like your garden hose, a bed, again a little elbow grease in your bedroom. Get it? No broken Antenna's to cry about. Mercy crybabies.

I have had my car damaged 3 times at the Hi-Point car wash, once I had the windshield wiper ripped off, 2nd time it blew the emblems off my car and the last time it broke my antenna.

I'm very picky about my car and when the weather is crappy, I use automatic car washes and only then. But the new car wash by Wendy's is very good. No dirt left on the car and the guys at the end finish drying the car so there are no spots. I always tip them well and i've found that they remember that when I go back. They've always given my car extra attention since then.

And before anyone says you shouldn't have to tip to get good service....your just cheap and that's that. Tipping is appropriate for any service provided to you.

I have heard from a couple friends who have had the same problem with the north main car wash. My only gripe with Best Carwash is the price. 13.00??? Kinda steep IMO but probably the cleanest my truck has been since I bought it.

I have no idea what to tip the people who dry the car. I agree that tipping is appropriate, but how much? And if there are two people, do you tip each one seperatly, or do they share?

Nice car was just don't buy alot of gift certificates because they expire in 90 days. I got 10 washes for xmas as a gift found out they expire 02-12-09 I have only used 2 of them. Sorry I don't wash my car once a week when the weather is crappy out, waste of money.

I do $1-2. I believe that probably all tips go in the jar and are split if there's two people at the end of their shift.

The owner of this car wash is a lazy, nasty, evil
liar and thief. He uses a leaf blower to blow the
trash from his parking lot all over his neighbors
houses and cars, and into the street. He says he
can do what he wants cause he has more money than
GOD.
