How can any juvenile under this man's supervision ever be expected to follow his orders when he, himself, is a thief. If Judge Brady allows this man to keep his job... Nevermind... this is Bellefontaine. He will get to keep his job. How embarrassing.

In case you don't know... Dallas Williams was caught stealing county gas. He is expected to plead guilty and receive diversion. Our county probation officer on diversion... sounds right for Bellefontaine.

Fellow referees Upwards basketball games, probably for free or token pay. 7th grade girls bball coach too, hear he's pretty good. Hopefully he only gets a slap on the wrist. Prolly depends on how much gas was diverted to his personal use.

WOW!!! Well I guess if they would have paid him more salary than 33,000 a year if could have afforded the high price of gas. After all look at the juvies he has to deal with...

Heard it a while back. It was finally in the Examiner last night. I guess that they could only cover it up for so long. And please don't be serious about him being a referee or a coach and not getting paid. Sure, thank you for volunteering... but as far as I know, none of the other volunteers in our county get free gas for their time.

This is the problem with our society. People making excuses for these types of juvenile thugs, or the probation officer that is supposed to deal with them. So what... he makes 33k a year. If that isn't good enough, pick a different profession. Everyone has problems. Especially in these economic times. That doesn't make it right to be a thief... or break out of jail. Sure, he should probably be paid more than he is... but then everybody would be on here b#@!%ing about how much the county is paying him, and how the law enforcement budget is too high. If you want the safety and security of qualified, professional, highly trained law enforcement and detention officers, THEY COST MONEY. Otherwise, don't be surprised when they get caught stealing gas.

Last I knew probation officers get reimbursed for their mileage as well. Is his mileage padded? How do we know the truth? He steals so why not lie? Don't they go hand in hand? If I was a kid under his supervision I would tell him and the court system to piss off! He needs to resign. I'm sure Brady will do nothing because he has his own skeletons.

Call the Commissioners and complain about the probation officer keeping his job. It's not right. Soemone said he only makes 33,000 a year. Wwell, that includes benefits and he gets reimbursed mileage. What about working 2 jobs if you can't make it on 33.000? The number to the commissioners is Five nine nine seven two eight three.

Call the Commissioners! Guarantee they are hiding behind their desks and not taking calls. They fired a dog warden over taking gas at the sheriff's office about 10 years ago. Keep it consistent! Also how much and over how long a period of time did he steal before he got caught? To get felony diversion, it must not be one tank. This is stealing from your employer.
