When a nation or any entity borrows<quoted text> The debt did not create our present financial situation. Fixing the debt does not fix the economy, that's the BS they are selling and that's the BS you so happily accept. The debt is something we have to deal with but it's more of a long term thing. The debt did not cause the financial meltdown and cutting spending will not fix it.
Ryan's bill does nothing to create jobs or to fix the economy. It's an austerity bill, in a time when we need to invest in our infrastructure he wants to cut everything. It does not make any practical sense. Paul Ryan is not an economist he is a politician building a political career .
