West Liberty has not only lost an outstanding chief and an excellent man we also lost our buddy. That was the kind of man Ron was, always there when you needed him. R.I.P. Ron you did well.

Chief recruited me to be a 4H advisor, I still can't believe I gave a cow a bath. Furthermore, he was one of the kindest people I ever met. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and the West Liberty community.

I went to school with Ron. We have lost a true kind soul, and God knows those are in short supply these days. Prayers to the family.

Hard to believe this news. One of the best public servants you could find, anywhere. Had a genuine care and concern for W Lib and the people. Hard to think of W Lib without thinking of Cheif Murray.
