The fireworks at the Lions Park were outstanding! I hope this trend continues.

Darn it! With all the hubbub I forgot about them entirely! Glad they were good.

They lasted 12 minutes. Far from outstanding, but they were enjoyable.

Belle Center and Indian Lake will both put on shows that last over 30 minutes. For the size of the towns, THOSE are outstanding.

It's something to build on for West Liberty. 12 minutes this year, 15 minutes next year, then 20...then 25...

Let's not go out and advertise it as something it wasn't. Simply put, very enjoyable given it was the first time since 1943 that they've put on a show.

hey no need to be a jerk about it. Maybe you should switch to decaf.

I guess I'll go ahead state the obvious and say I wasn't expecting an Urbana/Indian Lake level of fireworks. So, having said that, West Liberty's was OUTSTANDING.

LOL. I thought I was being as non-jerky about it as I possibly could. You said "outstanding," I said "enjoyable" and that "outstanding" was a far stretch.

I honestly was just happy they did fireworks and hope, as aforementioned, they build off of it and it gets better and better each year.

And I already drink decaff.
