indian lake school board and system

I just want to put it out there that the Indian Lake athletics stink because the coaching staff stinks. Both girls and boys. What the heck does Rick Blust watch. How does he do his hiring and what the hell is the school board members think? Inidan Lake use to be a threat now it is an easy win, and that is in every sport. They have athletes but they stop playing because it is useless,,mainly because the coaching staffs stink. Wonder why high quality athletes leave and go else where. Indian Lake have board members that can not even control there own family members! One should have stepped down last year when her child was drunk and arrested and an underage drinking party. Her daughter continues with her lued behavior now. Hey mom she is still under 21, and you are in a position of so called authority, for God sake step down... what a joke. If you wonder what is going on at little old Indian Lake check out the school board and Athletic director! After all they are the idiots that higher the stinking coaches!

At last, someone who knows everything and can fix all our woes. I assume you will be coaching two or three sports next season? After our board member steps down per your request will you be available to fill that important spot of authority? Have you attended a board meeting, called the Principal, talked to the coaches directly?

I didn't think so.

Our sons and daughters work their asses off. Shame on you for throwing stones over the wall of anonymity full of keyboard courage. The rock always hits the yelping dog.

Finally someone who speaks the truth!!! This isnt just an irate parent who didnt get hired for a coaching position!! I think if the school would just remove Rick Blust from his position then the athletics would possibly do better with the right director!!

i would like to say that i am a former indian lake graduate and playing soccer for them i will not say their athletes "suck". coaches base their team on seniority along with the "last name". if they put talent as their #1 priority the lake's chances of winning would increase!

Blust is a very shady person, I know this first hand when I had more coaching experience than anyone interviewed for a spot was promised an interview and then found out someone with no coaching experience was hired and I didn't even get an interview. I contacted school board memeber and superintendent. All I got out of it was a call from Blust saying he didn't have to give me an explanation.
