Barack Hussein: Bible meaning of name

Barack is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is “flash of lightning”. In the Bible (Judges 4:6) Barack is a valiant fighting man who cooperated with the prophetess Deborah to win victory in a battle against overwhelming odds. I could stop there but the world is fixated on Hussein which is Arabic meaning good or handsome. So you see Barak was destined to be a good and handsome man that would rise like a flash of lightning to win victory in a battle against overwhelming odds.

Barack, is a Semitic word meaning "to bless" as a verb or "blessing" as a noun. In its Hebrew form, barak, it is found all through the Bible. It first occurs in Genesis 1:22: "And God blessed (ḇāre&# 7733;ə ) them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth."
14 presidents have had Semitic names. The name Barak, translated means blessed or to kneel. Hussein, Barak's grandfathers name means handsome and is a very common name.
As far as being dangerous, I would worry more about his ancestors on his maternal side that share roots with Dick Cheney.
Barak Obama had a Kenyan father, that he met once. He was raised by his grandparents in Kansas. His grandfather served with Patton. If this man was white there would be none of this stupidity. palin's husband was a long standing member of the successionist movement in Alaska. That is about as anti-american as you can get. Though I vehemently disagree with Obama and his policies, his name is a non issue - the man didn't name himself. Would it make people feel better if his name was Ken Jones? However, I do think that his name will have a negative effect on a very small portion of today's society.

Not quite sure what I said that started the "yeah, buts" with you. In fact, my post didn't even require a response. It was pretty straightforward. All I meant to say was that there will be some people (not me) who will not vote for him because of his name. Just like there will be those that will or will not vote for him because he's black.
