wildlife officers curt smith and adam smith using there authority for personal gain. If they have a vendetta on somebody they can issue a citation to you and you have to hire an attorney to fight it and you are always guilty in the eyes of our judge here in logan county. Ihave been harrassed by curt smith for over 25 years. I do not poach i involve youth into hunting.I promote hunting for youth The division of wildlife curt smith has a ppersonal vendetta against me hehas been kicked off of farms that i hunt for lying to the land owners i have leased farms they used to hunt and they are trying whatever they can to harrass me they have been witnessed violating wildlife laws but when you report them they cite tou for falsification.they protect themselves with there own laws who is going to investigate them besides there own. They went as far as drawing down on me and my 10 year old son during youth gun season they ruind oour hunt and made my son cry now he is afraid to hunt now because of being harrassed. they cited me for huntinh with my son and my camera man got it all on film Ohio DNR at its best harrassing youth hunters .

Why would you have a camera man with you on a hunt?

I've dealt with Adam Smith and he's a great guy. Don't know the other one. I don't totally believe your story, aaron.

I believe him.

Generally, wildlife officers are good. Unfortunately, they get a hardon for some people. That is the problem.

When I was younger, I remember one (I believe it was Fife or Jacks) that would follow certain people, check their cars, and even make sure the duck stamps were signed. We obeyed the law (except for the signing of the duckstamp...because signing it decreases the future value). It seemed as if more Saturdays than not, we would be tailed and checked. The duckstamp signing (they made us do it on the spot) was a one-time deal. They never got us for being over the limit, poaching, etc. Yet, we could expect to see the game warden just about every Saturday.

Do they check to see if you have a permission slip signed by the land owner?
