I went to the auto port to look at a car for my sons 16th b-day, took it to my mechanic to find out there was a transmission problem. called the auto port a few days later and said if they had transmission prob fixed I would take the car. Said no prob still under warrenty with dealer and they would take it in however they needed deposit over phone. gave deposit and got a call 4 days later they sold the car to someone else as is. Called at least 6 times to al,ed,jim to have deposit credited back to credit card. It has been 3 months and several calls and my deposit has not been refunded. Filled out dispute with credit card to have taken care of. Do not ever do business with this company. Terrible business.

It has been TWO years since I purchased a car from Ed and I am still waiting for the title. I argued with Ed and Jim for months. They said they sent it to me in the mail. Now, I have been in touch with Florida Department of Motor Vehicles, and they say - although I have the car, the title was never transferred to me. Do not ever do business with this company. This is simply a horrible company. I just cannot believe what they have put me through!!!!

Extremely Arrogant and Rude!!! I just called and spoke with Jim. I let him know I was calling from Japan (Military) and after asking him 2 similar questions he began berating me: "Do you not know what front line ready is?", "You are asking the same questions" The guy is full of himself and in just a few short minutes he did most of the talking, bragged about his business and then hung up on me. I'm a Marine Officer paying with cash and he has the exact car I want. My family in Florida was ready to pick it up for me... Sorry dude, no way would I buy from you. STAY AWAY!!

WOW! Only 3 negative comments in 21 years of business. I'll accept that and move on that you can't please everyone although we try to. Thanks for putting these negative comments out there so we have feedback. We sell over 200 vehicles a month here at The Auto Port Inc. 200 Vehicles X 12 months X 20 years in business=Approximately 48,000 vehicles sold since 1991. I can fall asleep at night knowing that I couldn't make 3 people happy out of 48,000. William, thanks for defending our country. I do commend you for that. Sorry we sold the Jeep you were interested in, Unsatisfied customer we credited your credit card back along time ago. As for the no title in 2 years. So you have been driving around on what tag for 2 years? Sounds a little fishy to me.

Buying a car for my niece to start community college. I stood in the shop has the mechanic told me all the great things they replaced. Even a new rag top. I asked if he felt good about a 17 year old girl and this vehicle. Sure itís awesome she will have no worries. Left the Auto Port on empty of course, no one puts gas in used cars anymore. Parked for the night. Next night waiting on her arrival I go to the gas station where I fill the tank. Gas starts running out the bottom. Total hazard for everyone at the pump! Drove it the .5 miles to the house parked it and called. Less than 24 hours later to be told it is ďas isĒ and because I got such a great deal he could not help me. Trust me he got his $299.00 dealer fee!. Now I have a car that no one can drive, I have to two it to a shop because of the danger of it igniting on the road. Need to replace a rusted tank $467.67 but they said to prepare the rust may have cause much worse damage. Do not trust these people!!!!!!! Thank god she was not driving a car for it to go up in flames!!!!

Glad I decided to Gooogle this companybefore I went to look at the truck I saw online. I really want the Dodge Ram, but with these reviews, I do't think so!

I bought a 09 Honda civic black low miles on june 3 2013 I never seen my wife smile so big when I handed her the keys to her new car.Drive train paint and body also the interior was all so clean and well serviced.I get the impression auto port and staff take a lot of pride in there cars.yes my next car will come from auto port thanks.

Bought my daughter her first car a Honda Accord , treated well and Jim took a small deposit to hold. Had the opportunity to have it inspected...and she has been driving it for three years ...no problem. If someone wants a warranty on a used car they can always buy one from a third party. Best idea is to start with a good quality car....and seriously consider the miles. Have recommended to many friends.
