Doubtful because of the clause discussed in the article pertaining to liabilities in court being SHARED among both Linda and Terry. It looks like Terry's attorney had this exactly in mind to protect Terry from taking the sole brunt of the lawsuit that should transpire.

Huls is so screwed. It's now revealed that Hulk bought all the booze and drank it with his son and his buddies aboard Hulk's jet boat just hours before the crash. There are pictures that confirm this. Hulk is now personally open to potential criminal AND civil liability.

Aside from Nick lying about only going 30 MPH at the time and actually going 110MPH, these factors expose the ENTIRE Hulk Hogan fortune to potential risk in a potential court judgement in favor of the disabled victim.

Hulk's transaparent fake 'divorce' is merely a means to quickly transfer at least half or more of his assests to his wife before this happens. Unfortunately, this ploy will be recognized by the courts for what it is.

I just feel sorry for Hulk--he has committed 25 years+ to this awful woman and now faces severe penalties from his reckless son.

Let's not forget what Hogan has done for many many charity organizations, and in inspiring a wholesome attitude for the youth of the 80's and 90's (Say your prayers, eat your vitamins, etc.)

Our legal system is broken. Hogan is obviously doing whatever he can to protect his assets and his family. They could lose everything. But do they really deserve to lose everything? I don't know, but it seems extreme to wipe a family out for the mistakes of an idiotic kid. In the end that may be what happens anyway.

Well it was a nice try anyway. The hulk family should all be sentenced to voulenteer work at the trama unit, maybe then they would be thankful for their rich life, and maybe they would see the injured boy deserves to live with the best care available for the rest of his life! and stop thinking of what they may lose.At least they are healthy. Protection of assets. Hulk wife Linda is trying to keep her assets segregated knowing that any liability will be SOLEly HULKS liability.
SOLELY HULKS - he was present at the said time of accident, drinking w/ minors/ and is a public ass. Linda has fallen off the radar after she stopped stripping in the 80's for 5 bucks a dance.
In Summation, Graziano broken family will be forced to take a settlement offer of around 10 million MAX due to some of these circumstance which will take years to resolve.
I think if HULK makes this a public offer the public will see this as resulution. Especially if its done quickly will be fairly. If Hulk can pull this off he may have his family otherwise it's splitsville on the entire family.
The longer this thing goes the least amount of money will be available. The lawyers will get all the blood money scumbags. They should get nothing. You here me you scumbag lawyers....NOTHING. Making money of a horrible accident is pure scum...and that's synomous with all lawyers...scum.

I think everyone should mind their own business and give this family their privacy while they work through all of these issues. There is a young man who will need medical care for the rest of his life and his family is suffering every day. But that doesn't mean that the Hogans don't care about him, or that they are not also suffering from the harm done by their son. Lots of us have had children who used poor judgement which caused an accident, and none of us should be pointing fingers or making determinations without facts. Let the police and the attorneys work through this without input from people who weren't there and who don't know the truth.

My thoughts and prayers are with both the Graziano and the Bollea families.
