Seems like Hulk can't catch a break. His sweetie, who talks about the adrenalin "getting away from cops" (paraphrased) in a DVD on Stree Racing, now decides this would be a good time to bail and take half of their assets. You have to wonder how much her attitude contributed to the young Marine spending the rest of his life in a nursing home and how many times she put her butt on the line in the ring (or at the business-end of a syringe). There's an old saw, "When the going gets tough the tough get going." In this case she appears to be going for the money and a fast exit, and leaving Hulk with the bills and the law suits. Sweet.

I don't blame her. Would you want that freakshow wearing his bandana and sunglasses and rubbing that ridiculous mustache all over your face? It probably gets tangled in HER mustache.

Child support ends when the child is 18 dummy. Alimony is a big fat joke. If she wants some money, let her sqeeze her fat ass into a tight jump suit and roll around the ring a little like he did so she could have this lifestyle of luxury.

A preemptive dispersal of assets in anticipation of a major lawsuit from the family of John Graziano?

If she wants more money there is always the afternoon shift at 2001.

...and maybe a surprise reconcilliation after all the legal matters subside. Nothing would surprise me at the moment.

I'm sorry Terry but, what a load of trash! Child support and alimony? Nick is almost eighteen and when was the last time that she held a job or career? And what did she do for a living prior to meeting you? I'd dare suggest that she had been paid twenty four years worth of alimony already!

A suggestion: Give her the house in Clearwater Beach and the means to support that house for one year and no more. That should give her more than adequate time to find a job and determine whether or not she can support her lifestyle without the Hulk Hogan name.

You did all the work and had suffered many injuries throughout your career. And I hate to say it but, Linda has just become the new poster child for the stereotype:
"Gold Digger".

I feel for you brother and I wish you the best.

Ya, you kinda have to wonder if this is all a legal ploy. It does seem awful convenient, but I dont think this is going to stop the Graziano's from taking everything.

Of course it is! Two seperate people can homestead two houses. A married couple can only homestead one.

I agree with you Dave, TJM and Jim, unfortunately there is no way that it can be proven or a stop put to it. The only way the Graziano's were getting what John is entitled to was to file as soon as the so called accident happened. Now they will split the assets and hide some as well. There was no mention of the home in California that Linda and Nick are currently hiding in.

Can't they sue both the parents and get their money? How does that work?
