Please explain why it is ok for Barack Obama, who talks a good game about change, spending 200 million dollars of undocumented money. It appears the only way Barack Obama can win is to spend twice the money of his competitor.

It looks like the Democratic National Committee gave out lots of money to delegates to vote for Barack Obama even though they were in Hillary Clinton victory states.
