What can we do to re-build Belle since the devastation from the MARMET ( why Marmet when we gave our population up?) Locks Project. How can we draw in businesses?

Why is 6th street a two way road during school drop off hours and pick up. Most schools have one way restrictions during critical times at schools...Any thoughts from anyone??? Does snyone care about lessening the chaos and trying to make our school better???
