On monday April 27th @ 1:00 PM, my family went to the McDonalds on N Rock rd. My wife had the chicken sandwich. Prior to that she had nothing else to eat and only coffee she and 5 others drank, who are not sick. We then drove, non stop, to south Wichita and at 1:30 she was vomiting and was unable to walk by herself. We went home and she vomited nonstop till she was hospitalized on 4/29, where she still remains. At first the ER said oh ya another case of flu untill tghe lab test came in. She was diagnosed with food poisioning. Unlike the flu she had no fever head or body ache. I an searching for others t5hat may have eaten there on Monday and have surcome to the same demise.
