I heard Schlesener works for the BNSF Railroad. He is required to have A valid DL to operate a locomotive. I'm sure his DL was fine. Cop should have allowed him to drive home. Turpin should have seen him, it was daylight. Cop caused accicdent by not allowing Schlesener to proceed in his car, thus he would not have been exposed to traffic.

Have you ever heard of that thing they are calling a computer? I hear them policemen can just call in a persons name and "tada" get a person's information...and the best part is it's up to date information...not what someone heard!
