I think developers should surround Sedgwick County with Casinos with 5 star hotels , golf courses , convention centers , and a Shuttle Bus from Old Town to get us there.
Maybe even open up the old train station to shuttle people there. And of course the Wichita bus could run the parimiter of the county to pick up stragglers , and of course the taxi's would have someplace to take people too.
I think it would be exciting to see the neon lights from the Turnpike just outside Sedgwick county as the masses travel to the arena downtown to see a country music event , or the Coloseum for some type of animal event. I almost forgot Lawrence Welk at the Cotillion. And of course a trade show at Century two.
Aw never mind , Casinos , Bars , Hotels , Golf Courses , Apartment complexes ,shopping malls on the Sedgwick county line would just give folks to many choices.
As long as we have access to the turnpike , I guess thats the main thing. We can find all that else where.
