I wonder when the judge is going to rule on the defense's motions that they filed last week? I hope that Judge Strickland denies the motions of dismissing the case and moving the trial.....I know I don't live there, but this is costing the tax payers a fortune...

Hi me4sure. I was really surprised to see this thread as there is already a Part 2 mother thread. Did you start this one or did Topix start it and simply pull an older post of yours, from September?

That's what I thought. Topix started it after shutting down the original one and pulled a random post, which happened to be yours, to try to get it going. The post was from back in September, so I was pretty sure you didn't do it.

First, we thought the original mother thread had been pulled a couple nights ago. So, Bella had started a thread last week sometime as it appeared that the thread may be in the process of being pulled, but it wasn't at that time. Then, the other night when the original thread disappeared, this thread suddenly appeared, apparently Topix started it, and pulled a random post by me4sure from back in September to begin the thread.

Crazy stuff going on... the original thread is fine one day, then goes POOF....weird-a-rama...
