Fight about using the phone led pair to kill, deputies say

Morgan Willis was my brother, he was last seen April 21st. If you're going to do a story then get your facts straight. Jerry Henry is evil, just like his mother Wanda Willis. She and her boyfriend mislead the investigators from the start of Morgans disappearance and we the family think she knew about it from the start. They tried to make the investigators think that my brother was off on a drug binge and unfortunately they succeeded. While me and my brothers girlfriend insisted from the start that they'd killed him. The investigators were gonna run the cadaver dog about two weeks into his disappearance but because Wanda and her boyfriend got people to say they saw him in a seedy area the investigators couldn't waste tax-payers money. After 4 and a half months buried all we got back were bones, if only they had listened to us. Jerry caught my brother drunk and beat him with an axe handle with a chain attached before this crime occurred. And my brother was knocked out and the ambulance had to be called back in March. My brother was there because he had been drinking and had nowhere else to go and he thought Jerry wouldn't hurt him again. You better hope and pray that your loved one never comes up missing if they drink or take pills because you just might get the treatment we got. It really hurts to know that he's dead and not have them believe you. My brother had a 3 year old daughter, he would never have went that long without seeing or calling her.
He started drinking in 1989 after finding his dads decomposed body. He was a good-hearted man who could do just about anything, he'd give you the shirt off his back. He had just started his own business and was starting to feel good about himself.
They ought to put the parents of these little punks in jail right along with them for unleashing these little monsters on society. This James kids mom lives in Bronson so why was he living in Orlando with a 19 year old friend since he was 16. I say they ought to charge his mother too! There were quite a few kids who knew about this crime yet nobody told until 4 1/2 months later. I want everyone who knew about it charged with accessory after the fact, if you agree please call sheriff Kevin Berry and tell him so. Otherwise you could wind up the next victim!

What happen to regard for human live? How could these two B!astards kill this man and bury him like a dog over a phone call? I agree with you,the mother should also be prosecuted. Peggy, I understand your pain and wish you and our family my deepest condolences. However, in the grand scheme of things, I don't know that this story being off by 3 days is significant at this point. It certainly won't change the outcome, lessen your grief, or return a father to your niece. Of course, I don't know all the factors of this particular case, but I've long since felt that parents should be held more accountable for the actions of their children. Obviously, by this age, there was little a parent could have done, but with hefty juvenile records, there was an apparent deficiency in the way these boys were raised. I'm a bit confused on one point. You said that Mr. Willis had been severely beaten by his nephew in the past and returned to his house because he had no where else to go. It sounds as if there's no shortage of loving family members...why was such a dangerous place his only refuge?

There is no respect for life, because society has no respect for the life of the innocents, whether they are victims, babies, or children. There are no morals and no values, just 'whatever seems right in your own eyes'. No one wants to follow a 'standard' because then you are accused of being a religious idiot. We are getting exactly what we allowed to happen in the last 50 years and it is coming home to roost.
