On March 5, 2007, Qwest announced toll-free calling in the Black Hills. I live in Sturgis and when I called Qwest to ask about it yesterday (3/30) they said the toll-free calling area for Sturgis includes only Sturgis, Ft. Meade, and Tilford. They said they knew nothing about any toll-free calling in the Black Hills. I talked to 3 people at Qwest including a supervisor.
