Couldn't help myself, but...
Willis obviously thinks he is running for a Federal office since the State Budget does NOT run an a deficit spending plan.
That's all we need, another politician want-a-be with no experience in finance and budgeting to make complex decisions with one of the largest economies in the world.
That is why California is in the fiscal and governance mess we are in--because of inexperience individuals being elected because of term limits.
These morons who scream for term limits and a part time legislature would demand our multinational corporations run the same?
And experience in private business does NOT equate to experience in government. Business runs on bottom line profit while government runs on serving the public interest to make sure our society is taken care of during times of need.

We need to maintain separation of Church and State. Willis doesn't understand that and will be like a Taliban. He needs to go back to Mongolia.
