Lawyers suing CNN and Nancy Grace on behalf of Melinda Duckett's estate will not object to the release of the young mother's psychiatric records.

Well we now know how LE got the poro films.

The interview had not even been shown when Melinda killed herself. She killed herself after being on a local radio station encouraging the audience to watch her on Nancy Grace that night. The interview had been taped the day before and shown after her death.

Sorry, I think Melinda has a very greedy family. Most likely, this "girl" disposed of her son in some way, was guilty, and her easiest way out was to kill herself. She was selfish, not wanting the boys dad to have him. It was all about revenge. Her greedy family is just seeing dollar signs. Happens over and over again. Good Luck CNN and Nancy Grace. Hope they find the boy someday, healthy and return him to his dad. Then maybe the dad can sue Melinda's family for raising such a nut case.

i think people are finally starting to see a connection with the susan smiths of the world after the casey anthony case. it's just so sad the kids suffer at the hands of these monsters.

Agreed. Melinda was already wacked out in High School...... So much so that her adoptive parents(who live in NY) dumped her and her troubles on the elderly Florida Grandparents.
The adoptive parents had never even bothered to meet Trenton since he was born. Why should anyone think they are after anything but money since they couldn't be bothered with Melinda or Trenton when they were alive?

the last person mindy spoke with was her mean ass mother who told her to go clean up her own mess they weren't coming down to fl to be with her. then she ate bullet pie. her mom is the one who pushed her over the edge not ng. mindy was excited she was on the show. she bragged on doc and johnny the next day and told all to watcher her. she gave out her cell number too on the air and i bet she got some real nice calls. poor trent. we all think he has been dead since that fateful sat nite. buried in the forest or thrown in a swamp there.
