Im kinda wanting to know about my mothers people.
She died last Christmas and was raised in Ohio.
She was 81 years old.
She was born in Belington,W.VA in 1926.
Her father was Earl Price from Belington.
Her mother was Pearl Cole from Belington.
Pearl Cole Price was the daughter of Effie Cole who owned a boarding house near the train station.
My grandmother Pearl died at the age of 17 giving birth to my mom and I expect Earl was very young also. My mom had no siblings but Im hoping she had cousins. Seems lots of people went to Akron in those day.
Thanks for any information on the Earl Price family. I just want to know about my mama's people.

My Grandfather and father were from Belington. William Howard, Sr. and William Howard, Jr.(BHS Class of '55). My Great Grandfather was Howard Price, a former mayor of Belington. My dad always told me the 3 R's in school back then were Reading, 'riting, and the Road to Akron. When dad returns from NY, I'll ask him about this and see if he knows your family and if we're related. On a side note, my dad's sister Mildred, left Belington and lives in Barberton.

All you rednecks are related. Thats a common thing in WV. It is called inter- breeding. That's what happens when your brother caughts his sister.

Idiots can not refrain from speaking. What a
shame, they were born without brains but
had a mouth.
*Good like to the Price family.
Finding relatives mean a lot, it helps to
know you have family somewhere.
It helps to ignore idiots, they are only
important to themselves. They aren't worth
