I have a 2001 clayton mobile home for sale. 14 X 70, 3 beds 2 bath. excellent condition. new carpet in living room. will sell for payoff.

It is in Stone, Ky right now. It doesn't have to be moved if you would want to rent the lot off the guy who owns it. The rent is reasonable. Leave me email address or phone # and I will contact you regarding payoff.

Just so you know it was 28,000 new. and if you know any thing about finanacing you would know the first few years of payments are all interest.

I work at a bank and you should have financed in a different direction. That's how trailer co. make money on those who overpay.
