Bar owner fined for allowing smoking

The Cattaraugus County Board of Health on Wednesday fined a seven-time Clean Air Act offender but also pointed to the State Liquor Authority's apparent hesitation in revoking the bar owner's liquor license.

They will never EVER get their point across to the owners. Fact is that the patrons donate money to the bar for the fines so that they can continue to smoke in there. They even have "donation" jars/cans sitting on the bar for this purpose. If the authorities seriously believe that mere fines will stop them, they are seriouly mistaken. The only choices they have are to A)Allow them to break the law and continue to let the patrons/workers smoke. B)Close the bar down. or C)Burn the disgusting place to the ground. That place is a cest pool filled with disgusting low-life people who blow their welfare money to feed their alcoholic needs. You almost feel the need for a tetnus shot after visiting the place. I really don't care what the outcome is as I will NEVER step foot in that place again. Once was enough and I didn't even stay in there to finish my drink. That's how sick it is in there. If you are a regular in Long Branch, you are a total scumbag loser. I have more teeth in my mouth than all the patrons in there on a saturday night's teeth combined!!

Because if you are serious in your comment, that's not saying much about yourself. That bar is a HOG HOLE......... From the Bartenders to the Customers... That place is dirty and there is not one customer who works a real job that goes there and for the girls, they are all pigs looking to pick up some poor hog.
That place needs to be smashed down by a dozer.
Ican't believe that there are not drug bust in that place, the smoking cigarettes would be the last of my worries with that barn yard...

Tossed out i would not ever be seen in that place, just cause you live there and have NO life and i pay all your bar tabs with my hard earnded 40-60 hour a week job cause you do not have one.
