Fired academic claims discrimination
A former assistant professor at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology says the school wrongfully fired him because of his disability.

If you work for the city of ABQ and get fired you always file a law suit claiming discrimination regardless if if you were fired for cause or not.
If you work for UNM you do the same thing and when you work for both you should sure both.
No big lost with this person being fired, we save the city money.
