People have been taking their hunting grounds leaving them with less room to look for yet the same people who are taking from them are also complaining about their presence? People hate tyranny and dictatorship because it oppresses them yet feel OK to do it to someone that can't defend itself.

Coyotes are of more value to humanity than the inbred, drunken slobs that kill them.

WTF!!

Hunting for food is one thing. Killing for the hell of it is another. America has a dark history regarding its view of predators. Predators are a necessary part of a healthy ecosystem. Didn't they learn anything from the mistakes at Yellowstone?

NO animal should be killed simply because it exists. It should be for food or self-defense. Or even in cases where a non-native animal is wreaking havoc on native ecosystems and no other means of control are viable.

It is just plain wrong, immoral and selfish for anyone to kill a coyote or any animal for no good reason. Hopefully, anyone caught committing acts of cruelty such as that will be arrested and locked up... for life!

Then the rest of us can live in harmony and with respect among the native wild creatures of this land. Coyotes have every right to be here, just as well as we do, or any other creature.

Shooting wildlife for no good reason (like food) demonstrates low mentality and a cultural deficit which unfortunately plagues the USA.

So you protect your livestock! Take care of the problem when, and IF, it presents itself. You don't go seeking out animals to kill that may never be a threat!!

It's the same philosophy I use at home against criminals. I am ready to defend myself if I need to. I don't go kill humans because they MAY break in someday.

Duh!

No, I wouldn't eat coyote, unless I was in a survival situation and had no choice. Coyote families are no different that dogs with puppies; playful and cute!

Coyotes are important in keeping prey species healthy. Damn, you people are so lucky to have them!! Enjoy their calls at night. It's a rare sound where I live.

You must not have coyotes where you live, or you wouldn't be so against it... My parents had/have a ranch, dork... I don't need anymore evidence..
