You have the power to change anything that is unjust by devoting your life to politics and being heard. I am not going to debate with you wether it is just or unjust, unconstitutional or constitutional. IT IS A LAW. Dan thinks he has a pretty strong case or he would not have waived his arraingment. I will quote you "well students arent as reputable as a teacher" and "you see again would of been better if a teacher would of done it." Those were your words. In those statements you are saying that because it was from students it is not as creditable and if it was from a teacher it would have been much more believable. Believe me I will never have to defend my children to you. I don't have to defend them at all they are upstanding young adults if you knew them you would be very embarassed by your statements of them.

i will agree with you that most kids dont respect or dont fear and its not that they dont relize , its they dont care. Donot lump me in with these parents who dont care . if you would cared for your kids maybe you would of spanked more , you claim you didnt need to ,well maybe you should of since then maybe your kids would of been more of a model for other kids.
yes i would agree there are a few parents that believe they would go to jail if they spank but the problem is most of them think its wrong to spank. LOL. Again you assume when it comes to my children. Assume what you will but I can tell you you are way off base and would be embarassed by your statements against my children. I never needed to spank. I layed down the rules and if they didn't follow the rules. I used time out and I was CONSISTANT so I never needed to spank. When they got older I grounded and I stuck to it. I never unground early ever. I gave them the chance to follow the rules and with consistancy in their life they choose to. Now would I have spanked if it came to that point

Corpus Delecti only says in order for there to be a trial you have to prove a crime has been commited. If you are trying a person for Arson you have to prove the property was burnt. If you try a person for theft you have to prove the property was stolen. In order to go to trial they had to prove the thearts were made and they were. NOW he will get a chance to prove it was done in a jokin manner and not a serious one. I don't need anymore lessons from you on the law. I have enough lawyers in my family that remind me everyday.
