Yeap they think they can do what they want to people, im having the same problem with them harrassing my family in Beinville parish.
They falsely arrested my brother in his own yard and charged him with illegal switch blade (2 inch pocket knife he was using to cut weed eater string with) took him to jail where they let him have a possible heat stroke that ending in him having to have a pacemaker @ the age of 38. They dropped charges on him because they said the knife wasnt illegal...lol imagine that after they,illegally searched him in his own yard, falsely arrested him,medical abuse while in their care, and stealing his prescription meds that he had on him at the time that wasnt turned in when booking him..I have tried to get help and no one will listen but i will not stop until they pay for all the bad they have done to my family over the last few years,this is not even half of what they have done!

Oh and just to add something else, they went to file charges on the cop that stole his meds and they wouldnt let them, they said you cant file charges on a cop...I thought you could file charges on anyone you wanted to but see thats how the Beinville parish government works...

Sorry to hear all that and good luck to you. Consider complaining to the feds. I think if they get about 1,000,000 complaints or so they might do something if it's a slow day otherwise.

the police have entirely too much power...notice how they refer to people as 'subjects'....we are citizens with rights who pay their salaries...protect and serve my ass!! everytime there is a vote to increase taxes for the police i vote NO! why do they need more money to harrass us...rediculous...the cop on that vidio should be in jail
