Local Establishments Sell Tobacco Products to Youth

How many of these people looked like they were over 18? Personally, when I was working at Walmart, I would never ask for identification if they were to put me on the registers. Why? Because anyone with a little bit of stubble appears over 18 to me!

Really, they should have someone much younger than 18 (not two years younger!) as the volunteer.... better someone 13-14 years old.

Or, better yet..... simply stop trying to enforce these laws! I swear, they have tried this "18 is okay, but 16 is too young!" with the statutory rape laws, and we ALL know how many people actually adhere to them....... NONE!
