I know times are tough for most people out there but i will save all of you the time in making sure you never ever consider working for these people: for starters there is no senority....people who have been there for 5 months get the same shifts as those that were just hired..and not only do they get the same shifts but their sections are no different..which brings me to my second point because there is up to 23 thats right 23 servers on on any given night you will have a 2 table section...yes 2 tables....so on a friday or saturday night u will have a max and i emphasize max 6 tables...so on a friday or saturday night in belair you will walk with not much more than $100 and that people is the maximum it averages more in the range of 50...and that will be your best night..on a mon tues wed thurs..dont be suprised if you have one table because again there will be 10 servers on so on many occasions every server leaves with less than $15..for many that dosnt even pay for their gas..and the asshole managers there find something comical about this....never in my life have i worked for a group of people who literally do not care at all if their employees are happy or making money......another of my points if you work 46 hours you will be paid for 40 not only do they not pay ot but they wont even pay you the 3.25 they pay servers for all the hours you work....this place has had almost 200 bus boys/bartenders/servers work there in the few months it has been open..and id say 75% quit or never came back because of the way they treat their employees....honestly you will make the same money there as you would working a minimum wage job and you would put up with alot less somewhere else...so im warning all of you who are thinking about applying DO NOT you will regret it!!!

I don't know about any of the above comments or issues but I had an great dinner there the Sat. before last and the food was awesome. The help was very nice and an acoustic duo by the name of Caffeine (I think) played music that was perfect for the occasion, awesome musicians with great vocals and the perfect volume....THANK GOD...BTW These guys should play everywhere in Belair they blow everyone else locally out of the water.. I'd guess that half of the comments above are from jaded ex-employees with a bone to pick. My experience was just about perfect and the music by the duo was off the charts. Plan your next night at Bellisimo's when Caffeine is playing and you'll be very glad you did.
