I have to say, I am really impressed with this website and everyones' comments. This open forum is an excellent way to fight back......to all Jones Junction's lying, misleading, tatics and price manipulations.
I ALSO, have been the recepient of Jones Junction's Nissan smooth talking and lying. They try to compete with CARMAX but they CANNOT. CARMAX's new car sales prices destroys Jones Junction's sale tatics and their ability to manipulate the market. RIGHT NOW, they are trying to sell me on the JONES FOR LIFE ..... CRAP. The oil changes are based on 3750 miles per month -- thats 45,000 per year. Who the HELL is driving that many miles PER YEAR? The industry (AAA, KBB, Edmunds, etc...) utilzed the 12,000 miles per year average. Most americans drive 15,000 -- that said, Jones Junction is still 30,000 miles over the national average. Jones for LIFE is more like JONES for NOTHING. Do the MATH and RESEARCH, the Internet is a valuable tool to proactive consumers. Thats how I found you guys and girls. I heard alot of bad thing about Jones Junction Nissan over the years, but you always (at leasT me), want to try yourself, wo you proceed to the dealership professional...ready...informe d...and ready to get a good deal. NOT THE CASE, you cannot acheive the aformentioned if their goal to sell you a vehicle by any negative means neccessary. Someone in an ealier post was right, their customer service sucks all around, but their marketing is great. STOP BUYING FROM JONES JUNCTION ... TELL EVERYONE.....DONT WASTE YOUR BREATH OR MONEY. Based on the information in this website I will not be buying a new car from them........here I come CARMAX. I have been reading these posts for 2 hours..........I was not going to write anything but I felt I had an obligation ........ after everyones postings helped me. Thanks >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>> |

I bought a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee almost 2 years ago. I feel i got a fair price, but my opinion about jones was based on what happened post sale. I had an issue with the heater i did'nt notice until winter came around, but the warranty i bought did'nt cover it. I called my dealer, i think it was a guy named Manny, and he said i was S-O-L. Then i called management and they actually offered to cover almost all of the 1300 dollar repair. Bottom line, its a car dealer, they all try to rip you off. Your not going to get the best deal in the world at Jones, but they are so big that you know they are going to be there 5 years later when you need them. It beats those unstable dealers who disappear 6 months later. Just make sure your informed and you'll be ok. I probably wouldn't buy a car from them again though.
