What size are you looking for and are you looking outside the city limits?

I have several undeveloped lots located inside the city limits. However, I don't know if the city would approve a septic install for a mobile home. I know that a few months ago the city ordinances did legally allow it, but the city council was giving everyone a hard time due to the RV Parks popping up all over Beeville.

On N Avenue B and N San Antonio St, those are 2 of them. Just pass by W Fannin St and you will see them.

It's in the Nopal Park neighborhood. Go to the intersection of W Fannin and N Avenue B and you will see a large empty lot and and little dirt road then a smaller empty lot. The little dirt rd is San Antonio street.

Actually that is incorrect. One is 11500 and the other is 20k, they are miss printed on the website,, sorry that should have been corrected weeks ago. I would consider a cash offer if it was aggressive enough for me. I am also accepting potential buyers that are seeking owner finance, lease and or renters.
