NO APPRECIATION!!! If you want to work for a company that pays crappy, makes their employees travel with little to no per diem or incentive while they are away from their families, and has bosses that don't know their ass from a well hole this is the company for you!!! This company wouldn't be afloat if it wasn't for the employees that work hard and make this company shine. Crescent services is only as strong as the most unhappiest employee. STEP UP and recognize your employees as an asset to the company and not replaceable!

No, I was there when it happened. We were at the yard at night and "N" goes around to wrestling with the guy and dude got his foot broke. You can't tell me it was on his own time because he still had his coveralls on and just got in from a job. Our hours didn't end til we got home, remember? And so what if other people played? It's not for the bosses, especially when they played with people that didn't play. I had to stop myself from slapping a 36 against heads a few times. Of you're talking about another guy then that shows you there were many work injuries being swept under the rug. Like "B" falling from the top row of 10" pipe on the trailer. Or "E" getting his knee hurt by poly knocking him down. So tell how is that a good place to work?

He shouldn't have been on the top row of 10" pipe. Deserves what he got. Guy should have been terminated.

Alright then so what about the other guy that fell from the trailer where he was supposed to be and hurt his back? Or the more recent broken collar bone? Or the sprained ankle when someone's foot got caught in the mud? Or the used, worn down, bald tires that are not the same size put on trucks after they got a flat and were on the truck with "drive em til they blow" being said? Don't even get me started on the DOT violations. So you counter one thing but can't dispute the rest? Sounds to me like you've been sucking Doofy off. That or you're one of the corporate guys down from OK OR LA trying to get the yard straight but can't fire Doofy because of his customers. The company is unsafe and just an overall bad environment. I've proved that but you claim it's the opposite, and yet you can't give any kind of real example. You insult your own intelligence my friend.

Can anyone tell me about the foreman in training program? Hours a week, time off, work-life balance, compensation, and or anything else you can add would be great.

Jay, the foreman get it worse. The pay is slightly better. But there is no life outside of work your phone rings non stop, you're out in the field getting things right and you get the call at 2am to get a head start on the next day as if it mattered.

Hah...everything u say is true I personally saw everything u described but one other thing is handcuffing people to trees and only one person got handcuffed to a truck and got pulled was black. I worked there 4months and the only reason I stayed was cause it was good group of people but sorry bosses that worked there. It's so crazy u described every thing this job was about I was a dumb a$$ for putting up w but as soon I was able to I left good luck to the people who work there. The only good thing was u got a company truck that they hand out like candy if u don't have a vehicle it's perfect for that.

The Mgt. from PA thanks to S.P. has PA guys coming to OH so they can F it up since their Yard is about to shut down. Yes, the OH yard is just as bad as the Beeville, TX yard. Guys work 90-120 hours a WEEK! They go to work at 5:00 in the morning, drive 2 hours to work, work 14-20 hours, and then are expected drive 2 more hours back home, leave their company truck at the shop, and drive home to get MAYBE 2-3 hours sleep, then get up, go back, and do it again. Heaven forbid they complain or say no at any point in time because they are threatened with firing. They are supposed to get every other weekend off, but rarely, if ever, do. Supposed to request time off 2 weeks in advance, and, when they do, the form is conveniently "LOST" or, if it is approved, when the time comes, they are told that there's too much work to be done and that they can't have the time off. People are written up for little things like cussing, but, when a supervisor who is one of the favored ones ROLLS a company truck while pulling a trailer with 2 MINI HOES and TOTALS EVERYTHING because he was speeding, he gets nothing and is allowed to go back to driving after only 3 days of not driving. Crescent's vendors have to wait 90-180 days for payment and are expected to carry the account and let them still keep on charging. The pay is called "Fluctuating Work Week" and is NOT explained to the employees until AFTER they have been hired, at which time, it's too late and, if they quit, they can't draw unemployment. If you are offered a job there or told that they are hiring, RUN!!! RUN FAST AND HARD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!
