Prosecutorial Misconduct: Attribute misconduct of another prosecutor to "power sickness," the desire of career advancement, or for self-serving political gain. Any way you slice it, more American Citizens get wrongfully accused and often times, wrongfully convicted.

The warning sign that citizens are in serious danger by prosecutor's rule is found in the common issues at hand in the case described at the link below.

Name your poison, if you will, but more commonly, name several poisons, because prosecutors don't give Crap One that they've been reprimanded several times. The urge to commit more civil crimes against citizens is akin to a serial killer's lust to do away with more innocent people.

To treat a truly guilty unfairly is bad enough, creating a potential powder keg of anger that will one day be released upon the public, then somehow complaining that it is all the fault of the guilty. But when you have prosecutors who are evil enough to manipulate situations so that innocent citizens are devastated by an already broken system of injustice, you have a "Hussein regime," or a "Nazi-like" campaign against the People.

Remember, however, that in all this premeditated evil via prosecutors, they are not alone. Often, in order to pull of such criminal acts against citizens, they must rely upon corrupted police. You'll find the story at the link below, a severely disturbed cop who manufactured a false report in order to put an deny a citizen of a fair trial. This couldn't have been more obvious in his hatred of Americanism if he had spit on the flag and burned in in the court room.

Pathetic, that so close to Memorial Day, citizens must suffer the anti-American ways of the common prosecutor and his cop thugs. Sort of distorts Memorial Day so that Americans not only reserve the day for remembrance of our soldiers, but in memory of our freedom from prosecutorial misconduct.

Also note that the prosecutor in the case at the link below has used the politically rewarding witchhunt technique due to the nature of the case at hand: sex related. What a boon for someone with a political agenda. And as those of us who study political whoring have come to realize, it is much easier for a politically whoring prosecutor to convict an innocent citizen than a guilty one. Seems unlikely, but the more you study prosecutorial misconduct, you more you understand how this corrupted technique provides what you might call "blood votes" for the self-serving prosecutor.
