If anyone has information about this or witnessed this please by all means report it. The police officer said she couldn't have stopped we have reason to believe there's a cover up and are suing.

I know about this Cleda the police said the girl had black on and the officer couldn't see them. Is the officer still on desk duty? Is the family suing?
