My brother-in-law lives in Anchorage. He says she can often been seen there and works very hard. I have not spoken to him, but I am sure he is devastated.

And she made some ramblings-on about her resigning due to some "lame duck" pathetic excuse. Of course, she need not have announced either intent at this time, unless she needs to dump the job in a hurry.

I wonder what the cover-up is here? It's bound to eventually come to surface, what ever it is. And another slap in the face for the withering Republician party I might add.

Umm she had the legal debt because everybody and their bother went after here and it didn't cost them a dime to do it. There's nothing shady behind that. It's a damn shame they had to spend tax payers dollars to defend all the crap they threw at her.

Maybe the $10,000 plus she had to reimburse the State of Alaska on June 23rd for unauthorized travel expenses for her children helped.

This made a few major newspapers but the Liberal Media did not jump on it, and they could have easily done so.

They were cutting her a break.
