Authorities have identified the body of the woman found Saturday in Chester County .

found my name on pedifiles list last week,i have never did anything to put a child in jepordy, and most certainly not sexually, my daughter died in sept.2001, i received a call from the man who had tied her up raped her anul, he owed her a lot of money, he told me that unless i turned her will over to him, he'd make me regret it, then i started hearing romours that they were investigating me for child abuse,how do you defend yourself,he got the will more or less null,what would you do? my daughter said mon what ever you do try your best to see that her abusers not benefit by her death, i'll keep my promise to my daughter, the socialpath that abused her,took her self and threw her away, telling me that if she ever looked at another man he'd bury her,well shes in her coffin, 6 ft. under,he has the money to threathen,and buy people now when he met my daughter he didn't even have a job..too scared to tell what she went thu,she had a knot as big as my fist and suffered back pain, i believe from being tied and raped,bit and cigarett burns, she made mistakes, so have we all, but she was my baby and i loved her dearly and her children also..and now i'm paying for it by being on the filthest list in our society, because i wouldn't let him have his way.. they say shes dead forget it, no i'll never forget, she lived, laughed, cried, had dreams, and will never be dead to me,melba gladhill..mother of therese mcdaniel

in response to whats happening to our churches?the preachers should not be so afraid to hurt the mens feelings and lay abuse out to the public,you say the pulpits not the place to do it, afraid to affend the men in the congration, i'd rather to affend them than preach another funeral for a good woman, and save her life and those of the young girls thats growing up in the congragation.no body wants to help them not even the hospitals,read the bible,there are verses thats on abuse, open up, preach on realistic life, help save a girls life or her mothers...these politicians, judges,lawyers are all about money,they won't touch my case, too much money involved that i don't have..and i wasn't even notified untill months after the judge had ruled, i've had no chance to defend myself, it was all cut and dry months, i don't even know what my offense was..and they won't let me get a copy, juvenille law they say?moneys what counts in court, why so many juvenilles in trouble,we need a good juvenille judge and we sure don't have one now..wake up, our politicians and lawyers are draing our county dry,from the top to the bottom..melba gladhill

was it your child that these people are saying you molested?Going public can actually help get you Justice if what you are saying is true.You need to be a little more clearer on what happened and in what order Be careful about giving actual names though.I know a group of people who have had success in bringing justice to cases.So if that is what you want,Try to tell it in a more coherent manner and I will try to connect you with the right people.

If you found the name Melba Gladhill on a pedophile list I'd like to know where?It is not listed in the national database for sexual offender's or the Tennesse or Illinois one.Are you sure somebody is not messing with you?I am curious as to the connection between your daughter and the article about Carolyn Ward

if any one knows how i can get advice i'd like to know, and why this comes up on my computer and not others,i don't know any thing about this carolyn,it tears me up to know that another woman has been killed,i have stuided enough to know the one my daughter married is a socialpath,he gets turned on causing pain,she said he took pictures and i've tried to get the girls to look for them, but they're scared of him,he takes a bit of truth and makes up a big lie useing a bit of truth,turning it around on the other person,hes very good at deceiving people,i love these girls, but i can't help them any more,time was when i kept my eyes on both, they're beautiful girls, moms gone,so they say forget it,but some how i can't,i don't think any mother could considering the pain she endured..this is just a bit of her story.if you have money you can set up any one in madison co. what i couldn't understand is i was never questioned or any thing pertaining to this,i know my computor has been broke into.games started were finished,i promised my daughter i'd do what she asked me too, we were kept in the dark so much we had no idea what was going on behind our back in court.it wasa shock the way our case was handled..

Are you telling me that you were found guilty of a crime involving a sexual nature ?The court ruled against you?You are now listed as a sexual offender?And you never stepped foot in the courtroom or served time for this offense?
You only found out after the court ruled?
I can advise you where to go for help but inreturn you have to answer some questions including the one's above.

i was never found guilty of any thing that i know about,i was never questioned by detectives, this all goes to the money owed to my daughter,hes got the money now,because judge little listened to every sick accusation he told,in my opinion she is the worse judge for the youths of madison county.when a person can't talk but has to sit and listen to the person that benefits most,and you have to sit and listen to the filth of a psyco,its my understanding that she has no children,one adopted,but never gave birth,she is not capable of giving a fair and good judgement..i seen on your site where someone used my name to put 4 t.v. receivers for sale in my name, it was not me//mg

You have inplied with your first two posts that you were charged and convicted of a crime even though you were not in the courtroom and had no knowledge you were charged.Now you say you were not found guilty of anything.So whats your gripe.In your last post you refer to money.Is that what you want money?First you said you were on a pedophile list,and NO your name is not there.

Ok... So, there are some that are bashing a 76 year old woman because she is not able to type eloquently or not able to make a valid point to some? Think of yourself in her shoes after your daughter died and you are 76 and trying to find ways to cope with it. It is a complete let down that society has gotten so bad that one must berate an older woman because she is not able to put what she is thinking clearly on paper nor type correctly. She is 76 give her a break. All she is doing is asking for help. Would hate to see what most would say to their own mother if she was just like this one. Shame on you!

Well, as for this "poor" 76 year old woman... let me tell you something about her.

The deceased woman to whom she refers is my mother, and this babbling crazy lady is my grandmother. My mother died 8 years ago. For 8 years and even before then she accused my father of raping my mother, my sister, and myself. He never did anything of the sort. If anyone murdered my mother it was Melba Gladhill, who obviously has something to hide since she is saying she lives in Illinois and does not.

I have no idea why she started yapping on this topic--it is irrelevant.

However, Melba, an adopted mother is still a real mother, and probably more of a mother than you ever were, since your two sons moved across country to get away from you and your daughter is dead because of your drug addicted ways. So I got away from you so you couldn't kill me too, and you'll never meet my daughter. You're dead to her..that's what I'll tell her, and the day you die I'll get everything back you stole from mom's estate--every penny that you leave to someone else, I will get back for myself and my sisters.
