The bb dog pound really has a nice set up. The times I have been out there looking at dogs it was clean and well kept. Dogs had food and plenty of water. And they had a lot of dogs.

. You should go visit it yourself. They have large/small dogs. Older dogs and puppies, you are sure to fall in love with one! There are many dogs who would want nothing more than a great home with a yard to play in. Hope you check into it

To tell you the truth its not community survive that's cleans the place up he does it and when he is UN able to do it then community service does it and he not old and does not need to retire. he has done a better job at being the dog catcher than any that Beebe has had!

Do you try to be a$$ or does it just come natural? Mr. Taylor is not "to old" to work. He takes very good care of these dogs!

He does need to retire. He can't remember anything. He's nice, but he stays confused. Maybe he could stay on as a "helper" when the dogs need feed or watered? Idk. But there are ALOT of dogs that are on chains and ropes, and stuff that I know he sees! Hell I see it and its not my job to look for stuff like that, so he has to see it. So talk some more .

Mr. Taylor is old, and frankly I believe he actually scared of dogs. I know if you find a stray and catch it he will come and pick it up, but if you call and tell him about a dog you see lose that appears to be a danger or emaciated, or injured, he says he will go check it out but never does. I always have to catch them myself and then call him. And I am sure he does see all the dogs on chains and ropes and stuff, but this is Smalltown, Arkansas and I think he is smart enough to pick his battles. Your not going to be able to keep a bunch of rednecks from putting their dogs on chains. I do know that if he sees an animal tied out and being neglected, he will pick the animal up and ticket the owner. Beside the city doesn't pay well and there actually needs to be two full time dog catchers to even attempt to do a better job. He is only ONE MAN.
