No dumbas@ not 100% of people are convicted of something. What a [email protected] thing to think. Please don't have children. "

Yes dipshit they are. Can u name one damn person on this earth that has never violated any of the ten commandments? And I said that not all are convicted on paper but everyone is guilty of something!!!!! Yep, DIDNT think so...
No [email protected] You said everyone is CONVICTED of something. You obviously don't understand what convicted means. Whether someone has violated the Ten Commandments or not doesn't mean you are CONVICTED of anything. Learn reading comprehension. And quit saying "convicted on paper". That's such a felon thing to say. Only criminals speak like that.

Wrong again, I didn't say everyone is on paper. I said that everyone is convicted whether it be on paper or just the simple fact of u knowing u did something wrong. I know exactly what I'm talking about. Apparently u do not!!!!! Everyone is guilty of something may it be small or big. U will see come judgement day!!... everyone has done something wrong. No one is perfect!

Abt to go to trial
Not sure what the alleged crime is and if you wanted anyone to know you would have said, but the best thing to hope for is that your attorney can either defend you well enough that you're acquitted or get you a plea deal before trial where you plead guilty to a lesser charge; preferably a misdemeanor.

Yup, people convicted of crimes can be married no questions asked...but strangely enough... two people of the same sex that contribute to society, pay taxes and break no laws cannot. Funny world we live in.

So me and my fiancé are both on felonie probation and living together our po just called and told us if I do not move out he will go to jail. We were thinking about just going to the court house today. I know there will be violation consequences but they cant do too much if we are married correct????

Sure, that's where misdemeanors come from.

So since I'm not of Christian faith this doesn't apply to meright? What an idiot. To know u have done something wrong is NOT a conviction. A felon is a felon they didn't ask for a sermon nor did they ask for your religious beliefs.

This reminds me of another question.... If someone from Edmonson County marries someone from Butler County.... would they still be brother and sister?

If you are going to trial then you need to read your release papers from jail, if no jailtime, then read your citation papers carefully. In either of these you will find that it is a condition that you take part in no crimes, use of alcohol or drugs, this includes associating with someone that is a criminal like a felon. If you get married more than likely the judge will put you both in jail and void the marriage certificate, which he has the power to do. If you make it past the background check that they do on you when you file for a marriage certificate. This is not going to help you when you go to trial, they will see that you felt you were going to be convicted and were trying to avoid future consequences by getting married now. Think about it!!!!!!!!!!
