"Democratic former Gov. Tim Kaine, who is also the Democratic National Committee chairman, requested the transfer in the final days of his term on behalf of Jens Soering."
So how much did Kaine get paid to recommend this murderer be sent to Germany so he could be released?
Since Kaine is no longer governor (thank God) the current Governor would have to agree to the release.
Fat chance. Let him rot in a Virginia prison!

Call Kaine up and ask him why. You "teaheads" would be glad that he left the state prison system, no more of your tax money to house him. Can't have it both ways you dummies.

I will type real slow, just for you nothead.
If he is sent to Germany, he will be released because their laws and terms for prison sentences are different than ours, and his father has political pull.
It is about justice for the victim and the family. He needs to stay here and then deport him after he has served his time.
Why do you Democrats love criminals so much? Is it that they are the only way for you to get elected?
